Le Jardin de la Mer in Bretignolles-sur-Mer
4.5 / 5 · Note Reloge consolidée
In a Vendéen longère, your guest house invites you to discover an old-fashioned, warm and authentic interior. The rooms are decorated with care, each having its own colour or object. Here you will find floral wallpaper, dark wood furniture, crochet bedspreads and trinkets that recall the charm of bygone days. The whole is harmonised by exposed beams and a wooden floor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast, carefully prepared by the host, will be served in a bright room. You will be able to enjoy local products while taking in the view of the garden. The four rooms, Grenadier, Rose trémière, Sauge and Lavande, all reflect this warm and traditional style.
1.2 km from the sea, the house is surrounded by bocage countryside and mimosa. Shops are 3.0 km away and Olonne-sur-Mer station is 9.5 km away. Nearby, you can enjoy walks along the seafront or explore the natural beauty of Vendée.
